Abstract

1353767 Refrigerators THOMSON-BRANDT 29 July 1971 [31 July 1970] 35820/71 Heading F4H [Also in Division F2] The rear and bottom wall 4 of a refrigerator 1 is formed by a material of low mechanical resistance, e.g. cardboard and cellular thermal insulation material 5, e.g. plastics foam formed in situ between the cardboard and an inner lining 2 in which insulation metal members 8 are both embedded and are attached to the cardboard to serve as fixing plates for screwing on to the refrigerator component parts such as a condenser 6. The members 8 each comprise attachment barbs 14 formed on a flat portion of the body 11 of the member to penetrate the cardboard, legs 12 to be embedded in the foam and a hole 13 for a screw 7 of the compressor.
