Abstract

1348812 Washing drinking vessels E DECKER 23 Nov 1971 [25 Nov 1970] 54299/71 Heading B8T A washing machine for drinking vessels comprises a cleansing chamber 7 and rinsing chamber 8 in a common housing 1, the cleansing being effected by rotating brushes 9a, 10a on to which water from an internal electric heater 30 is sprayed via a reservoir (29), Figs. 3 and 4 (not shown), which may contain a washing agent. In the rinsing chamber hot water is sprayed from nozzle head 21 and cold water from spray bores 25 in an annular conduit 24. Drainage is via holes 33 and 38 into a sink 39 into which the machine fits. The electric motor and heater are actuated by a water pressure switch.
