Abstract
1348162 Decyl esters of PGE 1 and PGE 2 ONO PHARMACEUTICAL CO Ltd 19 April 1971 [15 April 1970 (2)] 26850/71 Heading C2C Novel decyl esters of prostaglandin E 1 and E 2 are obtained by reacting the free acids with diazodecane. Pharmaceutical compositions suitable for oral or parenteral administration, contain the above novel esters and suitable carriers or diluents. The compounds possess the ability to inhibit gastric juice secretion. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 851,827 and 1,040,544.
