134,815. Erslev, K. Nov. 7, 1918, [Convention date]. Butter substitutes. - Fatty emulsions are cooled and crystallized by being fed, preferably in a finely-divided state, into an exhausted vessel. In the device shown, emulsion is fed by the pipe 7 on to a rapidly rotated disk 3 in a vessel 1 exhausted by a pump on the pipe 2. The cooled mass is removed by a worm conveyer 8. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 3555/90.
