1343534 Repeater by-pass arrangement STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES Ltd 27 Jan 1972 [2 Feb 1971] 3686/71 Heading H4R [Also in Division G1] A repeater in a communication system is provided with a by-pass loop whereby in the event of amplifier failure, through transmission is maintained. The arrangement uses a hybrid 2, Fig. 1, to which the incoming connection and the amplifier output are connected as inputs.
