Springs, arrangement of.-A light motor-car has the front end of the body 1 hinged to one of the chassis members by lugs 2, and the rear end supported on quarterelliptic springs 4. The rear end is also fitted with a shock-absorbing spring 5, and the rear axle supported from the chassis by quarterelliptic springs 8.
