1342232 Aryliminothiazolidines BAYER AG 29 July 1971 39000/73 Heading C2C Novel compounds of general Formula Ia in which R<SP>2</SP> denotes a straight-chain or branched C 1-4 alkyl or C 3-5 alkenyl radical optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms, and R<SP>1</SP> denotes 2,3-xylyl, 2,4-xylyl, 2,5-xylyl, 4- chloro - 2 - methylphenyl (R<SP>2</SP> is other than allyl), 3 - chloro - 2 - methylphenyl, 2,4 - dichlorophenyl, 2,4,6 - trimethylphenyl, 2,4,5- trichlorophenyl, 5 - chloro - 2 - methylphenyl, 4 - chloro - 2 - trifluoromethylphenyl (when R<SP>2</SP> is other than allyl or 2-chloroallyl) or 2-bromophenyl (when R<SP>2</SP> is 2,2-dimethylvinyl) and salts thereof, may be prepared by the methods disclosed in 26505/71. The compounds Ia exhibit acaricidal properties.
