1340271 Mixture of agents influencing plant growth DEUTSCHE GOLD-UND SILBERSCHEIDEANSTALT 3 Feb 1971 [30 June 1970] 3761/71 Addition to 1132306 Heading A5E An agent for influencing plant growth includes as active constituents: (a) at least one s-triazine of formula wherein X is halogen, alkoxy, alkylmercapto, azido or -NR<SP>5</SP>R<SP>6</SP>; R<SP>1</SP>,R<SP>2</SP>,R<SP>5</SP> and R<SP>6</SP> are H or alkyl or alkenyl optionally substituted by OH, OR, SR or CN (R being alkyl); and R<SP>3</SP> and R<SP>4</SP> are alkyl, alkenyl or aralkyl or taken together represent a 5-to 7-membered ring; and (b) at least one other compound capable of influencing plant growth. Component (b) may be an s-triazine such as a trazine or 2-chloro-4, 6-bis-ethyl amino s-triazine, monuron, diuron, 2,4-D, MCPA, barban, N-isopropyl-α-chloroacetanilide, S - ethyl - N,N - diisobutylthiolcarbamate, 2 - chloro - 2',6' - diethyl - N - (methoxymethyl) - acetanilide or 2,4 - dinitro - 6 - o - sec butyl phenol, but many other are listed.
