1339700 Surface condensers PROCTER & GAMBLE CO 12 Oct 1972 [13 Oct 1971] 47127/72 Heading F4S [Also in Division A2] Coffee aroma frost is prepared by condensing coffee aroma gas directly to a frost on the wall of a condenser chamber 11 cooled by a lowtemperature fluid such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid air or liquid helium, the frost being scraped continuously or intermittently from the condensing surface by means 18. The scraped-off frost is collected in jacketed vessel 20 also cooled by a low-temperature gas.
