Abstract
1339133 Electro-deposition of tin CIBAGEIGY (UK) Ltd 28 May 1971 [19 June 1970] 29819/70 Heading C7B A tin plating additive for increasing the range of current density over which acceptable plating can be achieved, also includes (a) an aromatic compound having a basic nitrogen atom in which two aryl radicles are linked together directly by an alkylene, imino, carbazido, thiocarbazido, alkyleneamino-alkylene, guanyl or carbonyl group; (b) a phenyl or naphthyl amino compound; (c) quinoline or isoquinoline; (d) benzotriazole; or compounds of the above. Various examples of suitable additives are given. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1089479.
