Abstract
1339022 Enzymes from Bacillus subtilis AMERICAN CYANAMID CO 15 Dec 1971 [18 Sept 1970] 44698/70 Heading C3H [Also in Division C6] In the recovering of enzymes (protease) elaborated by Bacillus subtilis, the living microorganisms are separated from the culture medium by adding 0À01-0À5% w./v. of a copolymer formed from diethylaminoethyl acrylate quaternized with dimethyl sulphate and # 20 mole per cent acrylamide, agitating the culture medium containing the copolymer and then separating the micro-organism containing floes produced.
