1335229 Draught excluders ETABS B DUMENIL SA 19 April 1971 [27 March 1970] 24754/71 Heading E1J A draught excluder comprises a housing 1 disposed at the bottom of a door and containing a draught excluder strip 23, an actuating member 17 projecting from the housing being longitudinally movable to cause biassing means to lower the strip. Member 17 has its sides inclined to the longitudinal direction for engagement with the door jamb and is connected to a rod 9 which slidably carries the ends of pivot linkages connected to the strip 23. Springs 31, 32 transmit movement of the rod 9 to the linkages to lower the strip on depression of member 17. Spring 18 raises the strip on release of member 17.
