1332909 Measuring machine WERKZEUGMASCHINENKOMBINAT "FRITZ HECKERT" KARL-MARX-STADT VEB 15 Oct 1970 49037/70 Heading G1M A measuring machine with feeler devices for effecting measuring operations comprises at least one carriage 1 on which are at least two longitudinally slidable slides 3, 4 each slide having a precisely rotatable spindle with means for the reception of the feeler devices which spindles are parallel or inclined at predetermined angles to one another, can be fixed in position and have driving means 11, 12 enabling the spindle movements to be performed independently successively or simultaneously. The slides have driving means 7, 8 and distance measuring devices 9, 10. The spindles can rotate continuously or through predetermined angles and be fixed in the predetermined positions. On one spindle 5 is a transverse support 13 on which is slidably mounted a feeler 14 driven by a device 15. The other spindle carries a further transversely mounted rotatable spindle 16 carrying feeler 17. A second embodiment Fig. 2 (not shown) includes two carriages each having a slide, the spindles each having further precisely rotatable spindles with one (14<SP>1</SP>) or several (22) feeler device.
