Abstract

1332436 Bobbin supports JAMES MACKIE & SONS Ltd 9 Nov 1970 [18 Nov 1969] 56400/ 69 Heading D1J The bobbin support 1 has one side 5 on which the tube 7 of a yarn package 6 rests, the other side of the support 1 having at its free end region spring biassed means 16, 17 for engaging the tube 7, the other region being tapered towards the free end of the support as at 14. As shown the means 14 is a pair of tapered fins (only one is visible in Fig. 2). The limb 16 pivots about a fixed axis 20 and the limb 17 pivots about an axis 21 carried by a spring biassed rod 23.
