1332102 (Phenylisopropyl) ureas SHOWA DENKO KK 3 Jan 1972 88/72 Heading C2C The invention comprises compounds having the general formula wherein Z represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; and R 2 represents a phenyl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more alkyl, alkoxy, nitro, phenyl, trifluoromethyl or halogen radicals. They may be prepared by reacting a compound having the general formula with a compound of the general formula or The compounds of the invention may be used as active ingredients in herbicide compositions.
