Abstract

1327687 Toy building blocks P R MEAD 15 Nov 1971 [14 Aug 1971] 38249/71 Headings E1B and E1G [Also in Division A6] A kerb traffic island or roundabout comprises concrete blocks 10 having interengaging convex and concave surfaces so that the kerb &c can follow varying angles. The blocks may also be used to build screen walls. When used as a kerb the block may incorporate reflex reflectors. Toy blocks of the same shape are also envisaged. The blocks are interconnected by bars 20 secured to embedded bolts by nuts 21. In a second embodiment a circular base has a frusto-conical upper part the outer face of which constitutes the convex surface and the concave surface is formed by an extension integral with the frusto-conical part and having a triangular side elevation.
