Abstract

1327175 Linkwork SAAB-SCANIA AB 9 May 1972 [14 May 1971] 21519/72 Heading F2K A control lever 2 is attached to a plate 3 which is universally mounted within a frame 8 by means of a ring 4 and two sets of pivots 6, 7 and 9, 10 located at right angles to each other, and four springs 36 are arranged to act on the plate 3 through adjustable push-rods 29 in such a manner that movement of the lever 2 in the planes containing the axes of the pivots encounters minimum resistance by the springs. Pivot 10 is attached to a potentiometer 19 which is connected to an electro hydraulic transformer. Similarly, pivot 6 is attached to another potentiometer which in turn is connected to another electro hydraulic transformer. The lever may control a crane.
