Abstract

1326927 Active filters; transistor pulse circuits INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP 21 Dec 1970 [30 Dec 1969] 60505/70 Headings H3T and H3U A nonlinear filter comprises a nonlinear feedback element which clips the filtered signal. In one embodiment, a filter comprising amplifier Aop, resistors R1, R2, R3, R and capacitors C1, C2, C3 includes a pair of diodes D1, D2 whichconsitututes the non-linear element, and which produce, between the bases of T1, T2, a squarewave signal at a frequency selected by the filter. The output from transistor T1 is fed to an output stage T4 via a gate D3, D4 which is controlled by a signal on an INHIBITION line.
