1326027 Laminates UNIVERSAL LAMINATIONS Ltd 14 Oct 1970 [28 Oct 1969] 48796/70 Heading B5N A translucent sign comprises a first sheet of bristol or of clay coated paper having a thickness between À003 and À0065 inches before printing, and having an opacity between 88 and 98 before printing, and having a basis weight of between 120 and 240 pounds when said sheet is of coated paper and between 180 and 240 pounds when said sheet is of bristol, an image printed on said first sheet, said first sheet being laminated to a sheet of plastics or between two sheets of plastics, the total thickness of the sheet or sheets lying between 0À0015 and 0À010 inches. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, a printed paper sheet 2 is sandwiched between two plastics sheets 4 and 6, each plastics sheet comprising a layer 4a, 6a of polyethylene and a layer 46, 66 of polyester.
