1325098 Attaching straps to watch cases M A BRUNER 21 June 1971 29053/71 Heading A3H [Also in Division E2] A coupling 10 for watches or jewellery comprises a first portion 10a including means manually rotatable for releasably encircling an elongated portion, e.g. a spring-loaded pin 11, of the item 12 to which it is to be attached, and a second portion 10b including means for attachment to a band 18, the first portion including a first part-cylindrical member 19 integral with the second portion and a second part-cylindrical 20 member, constituting the manually rotatable means, held rotatably inside and against the first member. As shown, the member 20 is held within the member 19 by a C-section portion of the member 19 and is rotated to bring the ends 20a thereof against the member 22 when the coupling may be removed from the pin 11. In modifications, (a) the member 20 is held in the member 19 by an intermediate cylindrical member and (b) a member 114, Fig. 10 is rotatably held in, and by a bar 118 of a member 112 and there are adjustable and exchangeable inserts 116 for accommodating various widths of between a pair of lugs on a watch case 12.
