1315047 Child transportation means SUBMARINE PRODUCTS Ltd 20 Dec 1971 [21 Dec 1970] 60584/70 Heading A6M Child transportation means comprises a track 1 including a rack formation 2 and a vehicle 3 having wheels 4 for guiding the vehicle along the track and a pinion which is engageable with the rack and which is rotatable by manually or foot operable driving means so that the child can propel himself along the track while supported by the vehicle. As shown the driving means consists of two cranked handle 14 connected by a toothed flexible belt to a rear axle of the vehicle, the pinion engaging the rack being also positioned on this axle. The track may be moulded from a synthetic plastics material and may be in sections for joining together.
