1300516 Vitamin compositions PHILIPS GLOEILAMPENFABRIEKEN NV 19 Aug 1971 [22 Aug 1970] 38977/71 Heading A5B A clear self-emulsifiable injection composition is prepared by mixing (a) vitamin A propionate, (b) a polyethylene glycol ester or a polyoxyethylene sorbitan ester of a C 16-18 fatty acid and (c) glyceryl triacetate. The emulsifier (b) may be polyethylene glycol palmitate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan oleate or polyoxyethylene sorbitan ricinoleate. The composition may also include crystalline vitamin D 2 and/or D 3 and/or vitamin E alcohol or acetate.
