Abstract
1300427 Soldering flux SANYO ELECTRIC WORKS Ltd 28 April 1970 [20 Dec 1969] 20392/70 Heading C7M A flux for soldering metals such as Al, Fe, Cu and brass contains in weight per cent 50-70 epoxide resin, 15-30 resin, 12-18 triethamolamine and 3-5 fluorborate of Mn, Zn, Cd, Cr, Fe or Sn. The epoxide resin preferably contains glycidal groups. The resin and rosin are mixed together and the fluoborate and triethamolamine mixed together. The separate mixtures are combined before use.
