1299451 Dispensing articles N A MARVIN 7 Jan 1970 [30 Jan 1969] 5115/69 Heading A4T An adjustable width article display and dispensing apparatus comprises front and rear longitudinal support members 18, 16 between which extend sets of three rods 42, 44, rod 42 passing through a helical spring and rods 44 lying outside and supporting the convolutions whereby a stack of articles 26 is pushed forward, by the spring acting at the rear of the stack between fence rods 20, up to abutment with member 18 for dispensing of the front article. The ends of the rods 42, 44 are welded to a plate 45 which is slid, together with the cranked ends 40 of the fence rods, adjustably in longitudinal grooves 30 in the support members. Tie-rods may be passed between the support members to provide rigidity.
