Abstract

1297523 Burner control HONEWELL Inc 24 Nov 1969 [25 Nov 1968] 57410/69 Heading F4T A fuel burner control system comprises a fuel burner for operation by an A.C. supply and a fuel burner controller connected to the burner which is also operated by an A.C. supply, the controller incorporating a rectifying arrangement 32 and a D.C. burner control circuit and D.C. power storage means 60 connected to the controller so as to receive and store power from the D.C. circuit and to apply D.C. power to the circuit in the event of a failure of the A.C. supply. The storage means may comprise a capacitor 61 in series with a parallel combination of a diode 63 and resistor 62, and has readily disconnectable terminals 65 and 67.
