1282309 Reinforcing bars OESTERREICHISCH-ALPINE MONTANGESELLSCHAFT 22 July 1969 [22 July 1968] 36902/69 Heading E1K A reinforcing bar for concrete has an end plan view bounded partially by convex arcs and straight lines, the bar having longitudinal grooves traversed by ribs 5. The arcs are arcs of two or three contacting or overlapping circles. Each circle is connected with the other(s) over a width of at least half the average diameter of the circles. Longitudinal ribs (8, Fig. 5, not shown) may be joined by further transverse ribs (9).
