1280993 Calcium silicate compositions UNION INTERNATIONAL CO Ltd 9 July 1969 [25 April 1968] 19756/68 Heading C1H Asbestos free calcium silicate products are obtained by mixing under pressure and above 100‹ C. equal parts of lime and silica in 3-6 times their combined weights of water together with artificial inorganic fibres containing silica and lime. The fibres can be of basalt or kaolin, and organic, e.g. paper ones, can be present. Na 2 SiO 3 and cellulose derivatives are optional.
