1277371 Spray producers NIPPON KOGEI KOGYO CO Ltd 13 Jan 1970 [7 Aug 1969] 1673/70 Heading B2F Liquid is sprayed in a pattern having an elliptical or flattened cross-section by producing a conically-shaped spray by injecting air and liquid from concentric annular slits and injecting from opposite sides of the spray a pair of air jet streams 9 in inward and tangential directions to the cross-sectional circle of the sprayed liquid. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 13, two pairs of air jets 11, 11' are provided. The device may be used for electrostatic spraying.
