An anti-clutter radar receiver includes a phase-preserving logarithmix I.F. amplifier 27, an M.T.I. ground-clutter cancellation unit 29 and a logarithmic video amplifier in conjunction with a fast-time-constant circuit 33. Rain clutter is reduced by the latter.
