Abstract

1,269,723. Cap for collapsible tube. FLEXILE METAL CO. Ltd. 7 July, 1969, No. 34210/69. Heading B8T. A cap 6 for the nozzle 2 of a collapsible tube is connected to the tube or to a member secured to the tube by one or more frangible tags 7 integral with said cap. The tags may interconnect the cap 6 and a collar 8 secured to the base of the nozzle by a corresponding rib 9 and groove 5, or may interconnect the cap directly with the body 1 of the tube. The cap may be screwed or snapped on to the nozzle.
