Abstract

1,262,679. Gudgeon-pins. CATERPILLAR TRACTOR CO. 28 July, 1969, No. 37834/69. Heading F2T. A gudgeon pin 17 compriess upper and lower arcuate surfaces 19 and 21 interconnected by concave surfaces 23 and 25. The ends of the pin are recessed as at 27. The small end of the connecting rod 15 is tapered and has an aperture 22 shaped to recieve the pin, the surface 19 being of greater extent than the surface 21.
