[Also in Divisions C4-C5] Amine salts for use in lubricants and fuels are prepared from (i) methyl anthranilate and pentadecafluoro-octanoic acid; (ii) methyl anthranilate and heptafluorobutyric acid; (iii) and pentadecafluoro-octanoic acid and (iv) morpholine, (v) 2-amino pyridine, (vi) p-amino phenol, (vii) benzotriazole and (viii) butyl p.amino benzoate. Ethyl (p - pentadecafluoro-octanamido)benzoate is prepared from the corresponding acid chloride and amine.
