1,261,157. Rotary brushes. SHERWINWILLIAMS CO. May 19, 1970 [June 26, 1969|, No.24248/70. Heading A4K. A rotary cup brush is provided with a plastics material sleeve 3, e.g. polychloroprene, which is folded over at one edge, said edge engaging the wire bristles. The collar may comprise a plurality of plies of folded irradiated polyethylene which shrinks on heating so that the sleeve 3 is tightly secured about the bristle holder 1.
