Abstract

1,257,723. Lamps. A. F. BULGIN & CO. Ltd. 5 June, 1970 [10 June, 1969], No. 29295/69. Heading F4R. [Also in Division H2] A lampholder has an end contact 5 and a side contact 2 held within the tubular casing 1. The terminals 7 and 6 of the side and end contacts extend through the slot 3 and recess 8 respectively. The end contact is insulated from the base of the side contact by means of the fibre washer 10. A resilient nylon sleeve 11 is fitted around one end of the side contact. The casing is made from a resilient material whereby a filter or transparent dome 12 may be pushed into or over the end of the casing.
