Abstract

1,247,743. Kerb units. VADSBO INDUSTRI A.B. 16 Sept., 1969 [27 May, 1969], No. 45535/69. Heading E1G. A plastics (e.g. p.v.c.) kerb unit of substantially trapezium cross-section has a base flange 1a which underlies the footpath and is secured to a foundation by nails 2. The opposite ends of each unit, Fig. 2 (not shown), are provided with interlocking formations comprising respectively a base protrusion (1e) which is nailed to the foundation, and a recess (1f). The flange 1a and protrusion (1e) may have preformed nail apertures.
