A basket trolley comprises side members 9 extending from a base frame 16 with castor wheels 15 to a handle 11, 12, support members 22 diverging downwardly from side members 9, and a forwardly tapering basket 28 extending from members 22 and having a pivotable rear wall in the plane of the members. Strut 31 supports the basket adjacent the end of member 22.
