Abstract

1,245,429. Pulse shaping circuit. MULLARD Ltd. 29 Nov., 1968, No. 56791/68. Heading H3T. [Also in Division H2] A circuit, Fig. 1, having a pulse input of arbitary mark/space ratio has a square wave output mark/space ratio of 1. The input passes through a frequency divider having a reduction factor of 2. An integrator and frequency doubler give an output of triangular waveform at input frequency. A differentiator gives a final output of a square waveform having a mark/space ratio of 1 and at input frequency. Fig. 4 (not shown) gives the waveforms throughout the circuit stages. Figs. 2 (A, B) and Fig. 3 (not shown) give suggested transistor circuits for the integrator, differentiator and frequency doubler the latter being a full wave rectifier supplied by a phase splitting transistor.
