Abstract

1,245,222. Dough mixers. G. P. STERNBERG. 2 Jan., 1970, No. 316/70. Heading B1C. A dough mixer comprises a container provided with agitating means including parallel bars 25 having ribs with blunt extremities, the bars being rotatable about the axis of a shaft 21 to successively pass in proximity to a curved wall portion 20 of the container. Refrigerating means 22 may be provided for the container which has a door 23. The agitating means may include further ribbed bars inwardly of the bars 25, Fig. 2 (not shown). The bars may also rotate about their respective axes.
