Abstract

1,243,783. Photographic wrapping paper. AGFA GEVAERT. Sept. 10, 1968 [Sept. 13, 1967], No. 41832/ 67. Addition to 1,141,806. Heading G2C. A wrapping paper for photographic material comprises a flexible black paper support coated on one side with a layer containing an actinic light absorbing pigment in a polymeric latex and on the other side with a transparent layer. Alternatively, a pigmented polymeric latex layer may be coated on both sides of the support and one of these layers overcoated with the transparent layer. The constituents of the layers are preferably those specified in the parent Specification 1, 141, 806. Indicia may be printed on the pigmented layer for identification purposes. The paper may be used for X-ray films or be attached to a photographic roll film when it also functions as a backing paper.
