Air from a tube 21 enters a during an inlet tube 12 and is accelerated through a constriction 14 into an outlet tube 13 thus drawing air and a yarn through an entrained yarn and air inlet tube 15, the end 17 of which is eccentrically located within the outlet tube 13. The end 17 of the inlet tube 15 may be bent.
