124,313. Haughton, S. G. April 20, 1918. Density separators; driving.-A machine for cleaning and grading seeds comprises a tray a to which is imparted a rotary and a rocking motion. The tray is supported on chains h and is moved by means of an adjustable crank b on the shaft c and a ball joint f. The lighter particles are discharged from a funnel and pipe arranged above the centre of the tray. The tray a is provided with a false bottom having one or more openings, which may be adjustable, through which the heavier seeds pass to the pipe m.
