Abstract

1,240,213. Cameras. INGRAMS PHOTO SHOP (PTY.) Ltd. Oct.8, 1969 [Oct.21, 1968], No. 49521/69. Heading G2A. A camera has an attachment 17 comprising an enclosed housing attached to the rear face 13 of a camera, a lens 29 mounted in the housing in optical communication with the rear surface of a film through an opening 15 in the rear surface of the camera body, a clock 22 inside the housing and laterally spaced from the principal axis of the lens one or more lamps 23 to illuminate the clock when the camera trigger is operated, and means 21 to reflect an image of the clock on to the rear surface of the film through the lens. The reflecting means is a mirror inclined at an angle of 45 degrees with the principal axis of the lens. The clock has hour, minute and second hands, and additionally displays the date and whether the time indicated is before or after noon. The camera may be mounted in a rapid drive housing.
