Abstract

1,239,150. Selective printing. INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ELECTRIC CORP. 2 April, 1969 [10 April, 1968], No. 17329/69. Heading B6F. An electrographic printing and display apparatus comprises a first band 11 on which an image 14 is formed by image forming means 13, a second band 16 movable transversely of the band 11, and on to which the image 14 may be transferred at a transfer station 15, and a printing station 20 whereat the image 14 may be printed on to a record medium 22. Transference of the image at the stations 15 and 20 is effected electrostatically or magnetically without contact. The band 16 passes through a display station 19.
