Wire fencing; droppers. - Relates to barbed wire fences for military and other purposes in which parallel lengths of barbed wire are secured to intermediate supporting means and consists in making the supports of flexible metal so that they can be bent to any desired shape, such as rectangular, star, or rhomboidal, and be flattened if necessary so as to be wound on a reel. The device, when used as a wire entanglement, may lie on the ground, Fig. 6, or be secured to supporting posts, Fig. 9, this form being particularly suitable for winding on a reel.
