Abstract

[Also in Division H2] The connecting element 4 inserted into a metallized blind bore 7 of an insulating body 1 of a resistor, has a V-shaped cross-section end 5. The resistor has a resistance layer 2, e.g. of carbon on the ceramic insulating body 1, with part of this layer together with the end face and blind bore 7 being metallized with a layer 3. The V-shape of the connector increases the resistance to withdrawal before being soldered.
