A cardboard &c. tray has sloping inner walls 6-9 with inner base-forming flaps 14-17 and outer walls 1-4 having outer base forming flaps 20-22. Pairs of tabs 10, 11 and 12, 13 are adhered together in two diagonally opposite tray corners and the inner walls 6, 8 have recesses 18, 19 to support the ends of a contained article. They tray may be wrapped in a transparent film.
