Steelyard apparatus. - Steelyards having two blades or graduated arms each provided with major and minor poises have the back blade A and its poises B, C arranged above the front blade E and its poises F, G. The graduations on one bar may be a continuation of those on the other bar. The steelyards may be cast in one piece, or may be built up and bolted or riveted together. Separate bars K, L may be provided for the minor poises G, C as usual. Three or more blades may be similarly arranged in tiers.
