Abstract

1,217,853. Agricultural implements. STANMILL CO. Ltd. 15 Aug., 1968 [16 June, 1967], No. 27778/67. Heading A1B. A cultivator comprises tines 24 which are forwardly inclined from the supporting frame. The frame, Fig. 2 (not shown) comprises transverse members of box crosssection, opposed corners of which receive U-shaped clamp members (32), (36), Fig. 3 (not shown) acted upon by cranked plates 29, 35 for securing the tines 24, preferably at an angle of 45 degrees to the plane of the frame. Each tine is provided with a concave share 25. The angle of the frame is variable via a hydraulically actuated telescopic tube 21.
