Abstract

1,212,155. Track connector. ERNST PAUL LEHMANN PATENTWERK. 21 April, 1969 [30 May, 1968], No. 20297/69. Heading A6S. A connector for coupling adjacent track lengths 8', and 9 of toy and model railways comprises a member 2 having two projections 3, 3' and 4, 4' at each end which are capable of engaging with the end track members 6, 6' when they are at several distances apart. When joining two straight track lengths, the projections 4, 4' which are closest together engage the end track members 6, 6'. Straight and curved track lengths are joined by the projections 3, 4' or 3', 4 engaging the members 6, 6'. Two curved track lengths are joined by the projections 3, 3' engaging the members 6, 6'. Preferably the connector is made of an elastic material, such as a synthetic thermoplastic material.
