Abstract

1,205,892. Clips. DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS Inc. ,1 Feb., 1968, No.5285/68. Heading E2B. [Also in Division B8] A resilient spring clip 27, for closing a container spout, (see Division B8), comprises spring arms 28, ,29. The clip 27 may be provided with tabs 31a, 32b which may be permanently joined e.g. by welding or heat sealing. A modification, comprises an elongated cap (36), Fig. 14 (not shown), with a longitudinal slot (37) to receive a container spout. One side of the slot may bow inwardly. In a further modification, the cap is elongated and U-shaped with one side bowed (39), Fig. 15 (not shown), and another side flared, to receive the spout.
